На стабильном Wi‑Fi Zoom обычно открывается тем же аккаунтом — если нет, сначала смотрите пароль, кэш клиента и статус самого сервиса.
LTE
На чистом LTE без раздачи сравните тот же экран: «есть сеть», но Zoom не доходит — частый признак фильтра, а не поломки приложения.
Operator
Если на этой же LTE открываются Яндекс/банки, а Zoom нет — сверьте страницу вашего оператора в разделе белых списков и профиль Whitelist (LTE) в Incy.

  • Retest after reconnect

    Force-close Zoom, reconnect the profile, then open the app again.
