Scenario for GitHub Actions

Сценарий: разработчик пушит коммит, workflow не стартует или зависает в очереди. В августе 2026 GitHub Status отмечал сбой Actions/API (17.08) и повторные задержки старта (26.08) — сначала сверьте статус платформы. Отделите «сайт GitHub не открывается» от CI: веб может быть жив, а Actions/API — нет. Проверьте queued vs runner offline, лимиты concurrency. Self-hosted — отдельно от github-hosted. Смена маршрута (Wi‑Fi↔LTE / стабильный профиль Incy) имеет смысл только если с CI-хоста не достучаться до API; при глобальном outage Actions VPS не ускорит очередь. Не путать с Copilot в IDE. Без 100%.

Checklist before VPS

  • status.github.com: Actions / API — Incident, Degraded или Operational
  • UI Actions: job в Queued (ждать/concurrency) vs Failed to start / cancelled
  • github.com и простой git fetch — отдельно от запуска workflow
  • Hosted: свободны ли runners, нет ли billing/minutes/concurrency block
  • Self-hosted: Online, актуальный agent, сеть runner→GitHub (не только браузер)
  • Сравнить сеть CI (офис Wi‑Fi vs LTE/другая): меняется ли доступ к api.github.com
  • Если похоже на маршрут с CI-хоста: стандартный профиль Incy/Happ; trial — проверка без обещаний
  • Copilot/IDE «unavailable» — другая страница, не лечить как Actions

This is not...

  • Не «GitHub не открывается» целиком — для git/веба есть github-ne-rabotaet
  • Не GitHub Copilot в VS Code/JetBrains — другой продукт и симптомы
  • Не чинится сменой DNS на ноутбуке, если status показывает outage Actions
  • Нет гарантии 100%, что смена IP разгрузит глобальную очередь runners

    أطفئ Wi‑Fi وأعد اختبار GitHub Actions على البيانات فقط. إن فشل الجوال فقط فركّز على التوجيه.

  • اختر الملف المناسب في Incy

    ابدأ تجربة Vibe → الحساب → Connect في Incy. استخدم الملف المناسب لشبكتك ثم أعد اختبار GitHub Actions.

  • أعد الاختبار بعد إعادة الاتصال

    أغلق GitHub Actions قسرياً، أعد ربط الملف، ثم افتح التطبيق مجدداً.
